Directions -
Cars Only (caution low bridge) - From I-57 go east on Main St. approximately 1/4 mile. At stop light turn right (south) on DuQuoin St. This intersection has a Pizza Hut on one corner, an O'Reilly's Car Parts on another corner and a Jumpin' Jimmy's gas station. Follow DuQuoin street south for about 1/2 mile. Pass under the railroad bridge (CAUTION-Do not try this with a truck or trailer). Just after the bridge the road will turn to the left (east) you will see the Civic Center on your right as you come up the small hill.
Cars/Trailers/Trucks - From I-57 go east on Main St. to the public square (approximately 1 mile). Exit south off the square on Rt. 37. Follow State Route 37 via South Main St. for 1/3 mile crossing a railroad track. Just before the second set of railroad tracks turn right on Hudelson St. The Benton Public Library is opposite the turn on your left. Follow Hudelson street west for about 1/2 mile. The Civic Center is on the left (south) side of the street.
