Rates - Benton Civic Center

The Benton Civic Center rental rates for 2012

Sunday thru Thursday (full day)... $400
Friday and Saturday (full day).......$500

Pricing for organizations possessing a 501(c)(3) nonprofit status

Sunday thru Thursday (full day)... $300
Friday and Saturday (full day).......$400

Smaller space configurations are available and priced accordingly.  Contact the Benton Civic Center for possible rates.

Additional fees and requirements
Alcohol is available through the Benton Civic Center for any appropriate event.  The Civic Center is licensed by the City of Benton to sell beer and wine for events.  Contact the Civic Center for additional information and pricing of available products.

Renter/Event Insurance
All contracted events held at the Civic Center are required to provide a liability insurance policy for their event.  This policy must be in the minimum amount of $1,000,000 and list the Benton Civic Center as an additional insured.  Event policies are readily available through local insurance agencies or may be purchased online. Just perform a search using the keywords 'event insurance'.

Security Deposit

An additional payment in the amount of $200 is due ten days before the contracted event.  This check is held and will be returned after the event should no damage occur to the facility.  Damage to the facility including (but not limited to) carpet and/or carpet staining, walls, doors, and ceiling as determined by Benton Civic Center staff will result in forfiture of all or part of the security deposit.  The licensee for the event is responsible for damage amounts in excess of the $200 security deposit should such serious damage occur to the facility during the time period contracted.   

Payment

The Benton Civic Center accepts personal checks, money orders or credit cards as methods of payment.  Payment in full is due at time of contract signing.
